This September 14th marks the fourth anniversary of the Apostolic Constitution Summorum-Pontificum of our present Holy Father Benedict XVI. To commemorate this happy anniversary I have posted below an extract from that fortuitous document.

John XXIII in 1962 and never abrogated.
